Corporate Incentive Program
American Family Insurance understands that the performance of all employees - collectively and individually - has a direct impact on our company's overall success. This is the philosophy that guides our Corporate Incentive Program (CIP). The CIP provides performance incentives to employees for contributing to the success of American Family Insurance.
If the threshold goal is exceeded on any of the five measures that make up the program on an annual basis, eligible employees receive a direct cash incentive payment in addition to their annual earnings. Our belief is that this kind of direct cash incentive is not only meaningful to employees, it also helps them understand the importance of their own contribution to the organization - and how their performance on the job can impact the American Family Insurance bottom line.
