American Family Insurance and our agents serve the following 18 states: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.

We will also be expanding to Georgia later this year. We are excited about this addition to American Family Insurance.

American Family Insurance corporate headquarters is located in Madison, Wisconsin. In addition we have regional offices in Madison, Wisconsin; St. Joseph, Missouri; Eden Prairie, Minnesota; Columbus, Ohio and Denver, Colorado.
